Customer Service Manager / Customer Service Team Leader / Senior Customer Service Representative

A leading Sales and Marketing Company are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager to join their Leeds HQ! Are you interested in helping grow a business and manage a team?

As Head of Customer Service, you’ll be required to manage a small team of Customer Service Advisors, as well as solving problems, handling complaints and queries and turning enquiries into sales. Confidence in dealing with people, and the ability to solve problems independently are a big must. You will drive and motivate and train the current team on turning all enquiries into sales and dealing with complaints to ensure a happy customer and ultimately build sales. This is also a fantastic opportunity to devise and implement training programs, overseeing the creation of training for the Customer service staff, including setting standards and creating useful documentation.
Additionally, this position requires the development of new systems for tracking and completing customer service emails coming into the company.

The ideal candidate for this new, exciting role will have outstanding people skills as you will be the key inspiration to our customer service team with your ability to make customers happy. You will possess the ability to resolve complaints quickly - sort out problems before they become problems. You will have developed great organisational skills, the ability to organise data and keep accurate records required. With a confident ability to close sales – you will show your team how to turn every enquiry into a sale. On a personal note you will be motivated, hard-working and punctual. It would be great if you were fun and had a sense of humour too!
